1.1 The majority of our merchandise is delivered through a dedicated delivery service provided by Mairki Ltd.

1.1.2 You will be contacted by one of our delivery partners, representing Mairki Ltd, to choose a delivery date. They will reach out to you via phone, text, or email.

1.2 Since all our items are custom-made and shipped directly from our factory, the delivery time is 7-14 days. In exceptional circumstances, please allow up to 21 working days.

1.2.1 In most cases, our supplier will get in touch with you to arrange the delivery. However, this is subject to their discretion.

1.2.2 On rare occasions, they may select a delivery date that aligns with the courier’s availability and inform you when it is safe for them to make the delivery.

1.3 Mairki Ltd will make every effort to deliver your order within the requested or confirmed timeframe. However, please note that these are estimations and not guarantees. External factors may cause delivery cancellations or delays beyond our control, in which case we will reschedule the delivery for you.

1.4 Only our Delivery Partners or our suppliers’ couriers, acting on behalf of Mairki Ltd, will deliver to your specified address as outlined in 4.3.

1.4.1 If you need to change the delivery address, you must provide proof of identification confirming that you are registered at the billing address. This is to prevent fraudulent transactions. We accept utility statements, copies of driver’s licenses, or passport copies as valid proof.

1.4.1.1 Changes to the delivery address are at the discretion of Mairki Ltd, and we reserve the right to decline requests.

1.4.1.2 Once an item has been delivered or dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified. Any attempt to do so may result in additional charges for redelivery.

1.5 We offer FREE delivery service to mainland United Kingdom through Mairki Ltd.

1.5.1 The following regions may incur additional charges: PA, G, EH, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, TR, GY, JE, SA, IM, ZE, HS, BT, ISLE OF WIGHT

1.6 Mairki Ltd ensures that all your items are fully protected before delivery.

1.7 If you miss the delivery of a confirmed order, you may be subject to a redelivery fee.

1.7.1 Mairki Ltd will not be held liable for any lost time or additional costs incurred if the courier service fails to deliver your item due to unforeseen circumstances.

1.8 Extra charges may apply for deliveries during the Christmas season and on national holidays.

1.9 In the case of multiple items in your order, you may receive two or more separate deliveries. This is because certain items may be delivered directly from vendors, while others will be handled by our in-house courier. We strive to ensure that all your items arrive punctually.

1.10 If there are restrictions or limited access to the delivery address, it is your responsibility to inform us and provide the necessary information.

1.10.1 You are responsible for ensuring that there are no obstructions that could hinder the delivery to your address.

1.11 By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that Mairki Ltd is not liable for any damage to your property caused by the negligence of the couriers during the delivery process.

1.11.1 In relation to any issues or concerns arising from this matter, we will not be held responsible for any repairs or associated expenses.

1.12 We do not offer any services for packing removal or the disposal of old beds or mattresses.

1.13 Your delivery information and contact details will be shared with Mairki Ltd’s couriers. Our couriers will use your contact information to arrange a delivery date, provide a notification call the day before delivery, and make suitable arrangements based on your requirements. Customers have the option to opt-out of our couriers contacting them for delivery arrangements by contacting our offices or emailing us before or after making their purchase.
