We provide a 48-hour cooling-off period, allowing you to reconsider minor details or cancel your request. After 48 hours, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the details of your order.

While we strive to pay close attention to detail and ensure your complete satisfaction, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can address any issues and arrange for a replacement promptly.

To ensure any issues or damages are promptly addressed, we kindly request that all customers inspect their delivery upon arrival. In the unlikely event of any damages or difficulties, please note them on the delivery note before signing and inform us at Mairki Ltd within 48 hours. Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for any issues reported outside this timeframe or without a record on the delivery note, as it may be difficult to ascertain the cause of damage. If you need to return or exchange an item due to defects or incorrect orders, we will arrange for the delivery of a replacement item(s) and collection of the current item(s) at no cost to you.

Once the packaging has been opened, sleeping pads or mattresses cannot be returned. However, if you wish to return a sleeping cushion while it is still in its original packaging and notify us within 7 days, we will accept the return and provide a full refund.

Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis, so if you are dissatisfied with your order and wish to return it, Mairki Ltd may be able to accommodate your request for a return and offer a discounted refund with certain conditions. Please note that a £150 delivery/collection and administration fee will apply, and Mairki Ltd reserves the right to modify this fee with prior notification and continuous supply of the board from the customer. We kindly request that the customer ensures the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during the return journey.

Please note that there will be no deduction if you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. However, after 48 hours, a 20% deduction will be applied to the final cost of the order to account for the materials already invested, as the bed will be in the completion stage.

Our courier will contact you to schedule a delivery time for all orders. During challenging periods, you will not be able to choose your own delivery date. It is crucial that you provide an up-to-date mobile or home contact number to avoid delays in the delivery of your goods.

Most parts of the UK qualify for free delivery, which is fast and efficient. At Mairki Ltd, we offer a premium delivery service for all orders. Once your order is placed and the items are ready for distribution (typically within 24-48 hours), you will receive an email or text message allowing you to choose a delivery date. To benefit from this service, we kindly ask all customers to provide an up-to-date mobile or home contact number and email address.

Please note that each item is custom-made upon receiving a verified order. In rare circumstances where items are out of stock, shipping may take up to 21 working days. However, this should not impact the overall delivery schedule. If you require immediate delivery or have specific timing requirements, please contact our sales staff, and they will make the necessary arrangements. All our deliveries are handled by professional furniture carriers, ensuring that your items arrive in perfect condition. Items are fully insured, and in the unlikely event of damage, we will exchange them free of charge.

To keep you informed about the delivery, you will receive an email and a text message from our delivery team the day before your scheduled delivery. However, in rare instances, deliveries may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, and we regret that we are unable to compensate for missed appointments.

If our furniture delivery crew does not cover your area, your goods will be dispatched using a regular courier. If you have any doubts, please feel free to ask. Our courier service ensures speedy delivery within 2-4 days.

Please note that we do not provide old mattress or bed removal services, nor do we offer assembly services.

Delivery of our Divan beds and certain mattresses typically takes 7 to 14 working days. Most parts of the UK enjoy free and fast delivery, although some items may have longer delivery times. Additionally, certain products are sourced from multiple suppliers and will be delivered using various delivery services.

If you receive a call or an email from one of our couriers, please exercise caution and promptly respond. Unanswered calls or emails will only delay the delivery of your goods, so it’s important to keep your contact information up to date. Our private courier will contact you to schedule a delivery slot. We kindly request that you do not take time off work until you hear from our couriers. Calls or text messages are frequently used for communication. Once you receive the message, you will be notified of the delivery date, and most deliveries are scheduled for the same day. Please refrain from emailing us until 7 to 14 working days have passed since you placed your order. Please note that due to the custom-made nature of our items, returns are not possible. Deliveries are made to the community door of your property, and couriers are not authorized to carry the products any further. If a courier goes beyond the common door, it is done as a gesture of goodwill and at the buyer’s discretion. Please be aware that the company is not responsible for any risks to the items once they are outside the communal door.

Delivery timeframes may vary during the holiday season and national holidays. For additional information, please reach out to our delivery team. The items are shipped flat-packed for easy setup.

For deliveries to off-shore islands, please note that they will be shipped uninsured, and the buyer assumes all liability. Unfortunately, we no longer distribute to any off-shore locations due to this obligation.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our furniture and believe that you will be delighted with your purchase. Returns are not accepted. In the event that you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed or a delivery has been scheduled, a cancellation charge of up to £49 will apply.

EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENTS

If any parts are missing from your order, Mairki Ltd will promptly send you a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if any damage has occurred to the goods, as we may not be able to exchange damaged items at a later date. We may require photographic evidence to facilitate the repair of damaged parts.
